Clubbercise is the new and exciting fitness craze. Clubbercise is easy to follow Dance/Aerobic moves in the dark, with glow sticks and disco lights, to club anthems from the 1990’s to Now.

Power of Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Bootybox is the women’s only boxercise class. It is unqiue as is not circuit based. No running, no sit ups, press ups, burpees. Instead explosive punching and kicking drills to music.

Yoga – Vinyasa Flow
Yoga is an ancient art based on balancing and harmonising the body, mind, and spirit. Vinyasa flow yoga syncs the breath to a flowing sequence of movements creating a movement meditation that leaves you feeling restored and revitalised. The continued practice of yoga leads to a sense of peace and well being, builds strength and flexibility of the body and mind, improves the functioning of the respiratory, digestive, circulatory and hormonal systems and brings about emotional stability and clarity of mind.
Suitable for complete beginners and experienced practitioners, lots of options are offered for the postures so there is something for everyone. Mats are provided but you are also welcome to bring your own if you have one.

First class is FREE – come for a trial class free of charge to see if you enjoy, with no obligation to continue.

The block booking has no use by date and the classes do not need to be taken consecutively – once you’ve purchased a block just turn up to class with your issued block book card whenever you want.

Swim With Sharon
Swim With Sharon is an independent private swimming school and has been established 8 years.

All children must be able to swim at least 20 metres with an aid or without an aid and have some form of technique.
Beginner lessons start age 4 and are held at King Henry Prep School Monday, Wednesday, Friday evenings and Saturday morning

Laura’s Swim Academy
Laura’s Swim Academy is another of our independent private swimming schools and has been established since 2004. Laura teaches all ages & ability levels, also specialising in baby, toddler & pre school ages (Dinky Diver classes).
Whether it be for complete beginners, working on improving technique & correct breathing, fitness & strength training or rehabilitation, her company cater for all needs while still maintaining a fun way of learning! Groups, small groups & 1to1s are available at this venue.

Coventry & Warwick Riga Volleyball
One of the longest established and largest volleyball club’s in the Midlands. They offer volleyball for players of all levels and currently have 3 competitive teams playing across the National Volleyball league and the West Midlands Regional league. Their aim is to provide opportunities for players of all ages and abilities to reach their volleyball potential.
Seasonal Recreational sessions: Thursdays 6 – 8pm
